Choosing the houses
Fifteen is not an accident. It is the number we can keep in stock, describe accurately and answer questions about without reading from a screen. Adding a sixteenth house means being able to do the same for it.
Keeping them properly
Light and heat break a composition down far faster than time does. Stock stays boxed and out of direct sun until it ships, and the same advice goes on every product page: a closed drawer is enough, a sunny windowsill is not.
Sampling first
A fragrance moves on skin for hours. The opening you smell on a card has almost nothing to do with what you will be wearing at dinner. That is why the shelf carries vials from 1 to 11 ml, and why we would always rather you spent a small amount twice than a large amount once.
Describing honestly
Every product page carries the concentration, the volume, the scent family and the notes, in the same order, in plain words. If a fragrance is loud, we say it is loud. If one spray is enough, we say that too.
